Thanks for the great info. I loved the macro tip with Hemmorage/pet attack and Mez/pet backoff. My wife (79 warden) and I went there last night and did ok (its only our second time there). It took a few attempts and deaths but we figured it out. (she would cast a heal on me and break mez due to Stormcaller AA) We were able to take one named in the short time there and he didnt have the decency to drop a ornate or exquisite chest but rather a treasured.

I have another idea that I would love your input on. Regarding not charming a fishmen and performing the stun/nuke/mez cycle. What about after mezzing the named to PE him? The PE pet wont dps like a charmed pet but it will be something that won't break and won't pick me up by my feet and strike my head on the ground like a match. I have rarely used PE so this may be a dumb question.

The named fish in Chelsith have a VERY short leash. If you send in a PE pet to pull the mob, more than likely he will die. A charmed pet has more HP and probably will survive a /pet backoff.

I've never had a pet break charm in Chelsith early. With a high subjugation and M1 charm (with 3 points in Charm IIRC) you should be ok.

However, if you want to play it safe, use PE. Just be prepared to sacrifice the PE puller and once the named is mezzed, grab a new PE pet.

generally you cannot pe names. there are a few exceptions, but that's the general rule...
