I haven't adjusted anything since I last tested it. Procs will be expected drop drop between 200% and 300% of their original values, though.

FYI, for some reason, \aITEM 1708160282 -996361547:Earring of the Void Transfer\/a is now attunable on Test. It was in my overflow slot and was attunable. So was the Casket Candle, a Vampire Bane Proc Item - it was also attunable.

Haven't seen attunable fabled in a while, since the original Dominus' loot - but that was short lived. Guess it would be Lycaeum before that?

Oh, and procs suck ass now.

Even when fully debuffed, you might see the damage just edge out what your tooltip will say on live.

Here's something I'm curious about.

With this nerf the usefulness of the Wicked Wand of Malice is going down the shitter.

You think they'll adjust the amount of hate per proc to make up for the reduced damage?

doubtful, since the whole point of this change is that procs are "broken", so the listed damage (350 I think) and the listed hate are probably what was always intended to be the ratio.
