I was thinking about moving the gynok pants back down, because when taking away the 10 reuse from the pants, most coercers are left at 10-20 reuse, a point where reuse is still high in value. On top of that, they offer ability reuse, affecting several abilities that hostile reuse doesn't, including utility as well as achievement skills.
As you figured, the pvp set pants are worse than the gynok pants or the vp pants; I'm not certain of the actual benefit to resistability against other players but against mobs, it's basically a non-factor except for a small portion of the fight or against a debuff-stripping mobs.
I was given a pvp set on beta, but yeah, nothing was remarkable. It was basically a vp-equivalent with crit mit, but the tso set is in the same boat for most pieces as well.
