Bruisers...just go ahead and bend over. Without Amnesia you're kinda screwed, especially if dispersion/displacement doesnt proc, which if it is like the arena, it wont proc.

tbh, proc gear is only better in fights where you know mezz can't be used (MM,Vessel, Bruisers, a few other classes etc) imo.
