It is the old name of "+spell damage"

I use the mask as I have real trouble approaching the BoE cap.

Yeah I need to sit down and do a real cost-benefit analysis for using the mask vs. something like the TSO dagger in the secondary slot instead. With the current dynamics I might actually be able to get more out of the mask now, whereas last expansion it was completely wasted on an enchanter.

I still think it's a bit of a waste. You have to assume it calculates 10% off the enhanced base damage and not the normal base damage. If it was the normal base damage, then 75-80 would be its amount. At max, it'll be 150-160 bonus. However, it's not up all the time, which is my biggest concern with the item.

Yes, but compared to a proc that does maybe 50 dps zonewide, like the wand of knowledge, it might be worth it, no?

I like the dagger because of the stats more than the procs tbh.

I thought the troub mythical buff added 10% +spell damage not +base damage, can anyone clear this up.
