If someone finds out what kind of dps the proc adds that would be awesome!

It is a very nice piece if you don't have access to/or have the t4 helmet and need crit mit.

the circlet says it. its seems do be different for each caster

I see it range from 20 to 45 ExtDPS at the bottom of outgoing damage.

the 20 to 45 seems correct to me, i just cant parse the usabilty of the nano-dispatch.

it may not better in raids the hodd but it definityly looks better !!!
