the fight hasn't been changed, it's just that doing it alot, I think people just expect it and are able to react better. I've played several classes on varsoon and I was able to handle pretty much every single interrupt on my own, much less with extra people, except on my healers. On my coercer, after the first few attempts I went back to my normal dps rotation and found my reaction time was more than enough to get in hemo or if I was str specced, spellblade's. I think the time they give is about 3 seconds - which is short when you're first doing it, but it gets easier and easier with practice, just like most other things.
I've done it on an illy too, though I had to rely on spellblade's only.
