Default Quick question

So I'm new to the coercer class really only been working on him for a few months. Now I've been reading the threads and I'm a little confused about spell reuse.

I use profit and it shows it at 0% but casting at 14% which of course goes higher with perpetuality. Now several of the threads talk about having reuse at 15% or 30% how exactly do I get that, or are you talking about spell cast?

Just curious if I'm missing something here. I'm wanting to get these nice parses I'm seeing on raid mobs, if I'm honestly missing some reuse here that would explain why I'm not getting over 7k on parses.

Thanks for any help on me understanding this.

Mythical gives 10%. TSO Set Hat gives 5% Beneficial, Forearms and Gloves each give 4% hostile.

All the rest of the really good stuff is either Avatar gear that gives reuse (Robe, Trixy Bracelet, Disease/Fear Charms) or off high-end Mobs (Tyrannus earring).

Mindbending Robe + VP legs = 14 Ability reuse time = good stuff

There is a neck from Hollow Tower, and earring from WoE or AoB (tradable) also, they give 3 reuse on hostile spells. WoE has an offhand/ranged symbol with 2 reuse on hostile spells.

TBH theres no point in having a coercer board, every question can just be redirected to Revels FACQ.

Profit will only show you ability reuse in the display. That's because lots of reuse items are either beneficial or hostile only. Profit isn't set up to understand that, so it just doesn't display. So even if you wear some hostile reuse gear the Profit UI won't show that as reuse. For reuse you just have to add up your ability reuse + your hostile reuse to determine where you're at in order to compare to Revel's guides.

Example:

RoK Set pants = 10% ability reuse
Some other item with Sorcerous Alacrity 5 = 5% hostile reuse.

Profit will show you 10% reuse but you really have 15% hostile reuse.

Even our Mythical shows it as an added effect rather than +10 Ability Re-use; its just sloppy coding of the items.

The big difference is though:

+Ability Reuse scales with mentoring;

The effect on the Mythical is 10% even mentored to level 1 - its fixed.
