OMG I can't tell you how much it annoys me when a scout runs himself dry on power in the MT group and then starts begging for flows or channel..., especially when the tank and healers are fine. I just want to say Dude, put on the damn RE2 ring or Di'zok mental strike or something. It's soooo trivial for a scout to manage their own power, if they even put an ounce of effort into it.

lol i love it. i love telling scouts to go fuck themselves. but tbh, provided nobody's dying, between mana flowing regularly and breeze on fights where theres inc dmg (non trash) its usually not an issue to keep mana flowing... so said scout isnt at 100%, dont matter, so long as they have enough power to keep dipsin...

Channel II does something wonky like add up power of group, add 25%, possibly heal crit, divide by 6 and redistribute. You'll see this if you ever channel in a group of 2 or 3 while at 100%, everybody ends at low pow.

Worse than useless If you're at 100% pow it leaves you at 35-40% if you hit it solo.

Channel adds up the total amount of power in the entire group and then divides it evenly between each group member -- This is why scouts often get full power when you channel due to their low mana pool, while healers remain at 80% because of their big mana pool.
I use the adept III version of Channel II because I'm cheap. When I use it (generally when a scout or a few people are extremely low on power) usually takes me down to 70% power while the scouts get 100% and healers about 80% + or - a few %
And like others were saying, if you have a higher version of Channel II, it is more efficient, meaning people in the group gain more power on top of the power being distributed.

Now does intellectual remedy affect this with it's increase to heal amounts? I consider it a power "heal" but as it's just redistributing it may not count.
