I've had my Coecer t level 80 for about two weeks now and I'm noticing that I have some serious power issues. My DPS is acceptable (considering my gear), but on a named fight in WoE I ran myself out of Power 3 times (luckily we had a myth'd mystic).

A good deal of the time, I run around with an myth'd illusionist, which pretty much fixes the problem, but when that toon switches out for someone else, I'm constantly running low on power.

So I'm wondering, does getting my mythical help alleviate my power problems (via the Siren's Gift proc)? Should I be rotating in my personal power regen and/or the group power tap (does not help DPS)?

My raiding will most likely consist of ocassional pickup WoE groups. My best equipment will be from that an what I can buy for relatively cheap from the x4 zones.

Getting your mythical will make power problems go away entirely. I can be 30% power, hit mana flow and be 100% power in 5 seconds. I never did know if that was intentional, but mana flow returns a crazy amount of power to the coercer with mythical equipped.

Yeah, you effectively have unlimited mana once you have your mythical, if it's not a power draining fight. Even then you at most have a slight delay before you're back at 100% power.

Based on your stated raiding expectations, obtaining your myth will make all pow problems go away.

How many AA do you have? Putting points in Channel and Flow and whatever else you have extra will help a good deal as well, plus make sure you have Channel mastered ASAP.

If you're low on AA you can still max channel pretty quickly

I've got AA's dumped into channel (and mana flow), and it's nice to have the recast at 10 minutes but I can run out of power in 2 minutes easily.

Mana flow (without mythical) doesn't seem to be that much of a benefit as it seems like it costs nearly as much to cast it as it returns. Of course, that's neglecting the obvious benefit of increasing another group member's power.

I'm sitting at about 140 AA's and I'm following the example set in the AA FAQ by Revel.

Keep putting mana flow on yourself then maybe, spend 10% hp/power, get 20% power, or smth :P

Then again, maybe I've understood it all wrong!

You're correct, if you use it on your self it costs 10% health and pow, and both yourself and your target (also yourself) receives 10% pow back when it fires, so you get 20%.

We do go through pow pretty quickly though, so in the meantime you'll want to obtain some pow proc'ing gear.

Coercer power issue's as stated above are gone with mythical.

However, linking your self tap (shift mana) to your nukes. will help you alot aswell, since however you might not physically click it. it will go off every now and than, cause either you miss a click or whatever, so that way you regen power aswell, without any more hassle.

Mana flow on yourself ofcourse gives 20% power in return, just got to wait for it.

in the Meantime, Items with soul siphon work to get your power back up. but so does the tinkered mana stone aswell as the regular mana stone. also the mana potions might be an option.

but do get your mythical, its the best sollution, i myself have done the fabled version in 5 - 6 hours total (yes you can cure the sickness, it don't matter) mythical took an additional week (this was pre TSO)
