I have seen a wizard bolt ppl from 56-58m afar with that neck. With a troub ofc.

Way back when we used to do VP, and when we used to joust Taskmaster Nichok, one of our wizards had the froglok skin gloves (+10%) and soh ring (+15%) + troub buff (5m?) + wizard aa (5m?). I'm pretty sure those numbers are right.

Anyways, he'd nuke with his base 35m spells from a little ways past the 50m out line. If I'm remembering the nums right that puts him at just shy of 54m. If the avatar neck is 8.5% (I can't check that one) then that'd put it up to just shy of 58m.
