Reactive damage on hit is a failed consept.

Change it to "On attack" and rebalance it.

aye, and it needs to be fixed imo.

to make the few coercer out there (10 - 1 illusionist to coercers some servers)


the +spell damage works for all the illusionist spells....

teh new 1h adjustment is great and all for the epic quest weapon... but really as i see plasma still procs increase of damage on ALL spells.... the set bonus gives us +50 spell damage, the shoulders give us +spell damage....

I guess i am suprised no one else is pissed as this is a LOT of our damage that has stayed "poof".

has anyone played any other classes that have similar problems with this? evidently it needs to be brought to someones attention. or is it truly how sony wants it?


but i have to say i am happy with upcoming changes on aggro... i for one would love the added hate transfer.


its the same with anything ... see how quickly that mage staff changed to a 1h? like not even 2-3 days (granted the 2h graphic is sstil there but so what! ) Evidently there are not enough coercers for this to change? and we are doomed to remained seriously wounded/nerfed and become and even more rare played class... or at least till we al betray because illusionist can do 10x the dps with less effort

On PvP the reactives works fine --> mezz --> debuff --> reactives --> tashiani --> sonic bloom --> dead

The coercerer makes a lot of dmg on specific mobs, those who do a lot of ae casting. Chel'Drak is one of those lovely mobs where illusionist is behind me, same on the first mob in FTH.. "get hurt guys i need dps" :P and the whole lab of vyemm.

I can't believe the +spell damage "feature" is still not working for Coercer's lol.

They have an expansion to focus on, not their old mistakes.

Just more griping on our dps: I just wish anything used power to proc Cataclysmic mind, even if it were only small amounts. I took a parse of a week's worth of EoF zones, and the result of cataclysmic mind procs was one proc (of an average of a bit over 500 damage) per ten casts. I keep the debuff up on every mob in a zone except for add-spawning named, but I don't overlap the timer by more than a few seconds, so I'm casting it once every 25-30 seconds or so. Clearly something needs to be changed with the mobs, or the spell itself.

well i hit over 10k with cataclysmic on that lady/tree mob in EH on first floor... (sorry cant; remember name atm) Guesssing she mana Burned or somehting? one of few times get to make the Highest hit on a named fight.


I agreee on that too if you look at an average parse on most random mobs its nto so much.

I have CM'd the mistress for 40k+ on numerous occasions, once unfortunately was right as I was arguing that the spell was useless

I totally agree convulsions should proc for Auspex on any attack, successful or not. Same with spell scourge (not that you run into the problem with this one as much as Auspex). Only other thing I can think to help our DPS is get rid of Possession, fucking worthless bullshit spell...fussion undeadtide and rift make me want to fucking puke.
