Those with Agility, how did you spec down the line?
Perpetuality took a minor nerf when they crunched it all into 1 buff slot. With the 5 buffs, they used to fade away one at a time with the final buff fading after 3 seconds. Now, with the single buff, you have 2 seconds to keep the spell haste, or the entire Perpetuality completely drops to 0.
I'm thinking about trying to max out the recovery speed between spells because of this.

4-4-8-7-2. Going for 1.8% more casting speed over the 6% recovery speed is totally stupid.

Now it's not with the 15% reduction on chronosiphoning.
60 + 15 is only 75, so you can use all the extra boost.

Now correct me if I am wrong but isnt the recovery time the time it takes to recast the spell if resisted or interupted?
Such as, Amnesia goes from 0.5 to 0.46 ?
Thats how I recall it the one time I went down AGI (And didnt like it) or was that changed to effect the recast timer now and I just not paying attention?
Recovery and Recast are not the same.

Recovery time, I've believed to be the downtime between chain-casting (the 0.5 seconds).

true 4 points= 0.4 sec rec and 8 points is (asumingly) 0.3 sec rec |
