Vicious torment only ticks 4 times when it should tick 5 times. The very last tick never hits, unless you cancel the spell, then for some reason that final tick causes damage. (This is identical to one of the problems with the wizard spell surging tempest). I assume that the power regen portion of the spell doesn't take effect either, since they're all on the same timer.


For some reason, Breakdown is not similarly affected, even though they're on the same timer. I get a full 5 ticks plus the termination damage.

Hm, on a similar note, Transfer Potential only ticks 5 times (the initial and then 4 times) instead of the expected 6. Canceling the last tick for it does not seem to trigger the last tick, though.
