    And that's your excuse for people not playing their class how it's meant to be played? It's not even a true statement because there are Chanters that can put up numbers as well as play the class right. I mean, why not just stick EV on yourself if that's your (generally speaking, I know you no longer play) attitude about playing a Utility class.

    Im saying you can sit on a high horse and tell people that they should only play their toon as completely selfless because they are utility, or you can be realistic and know that in order to play this game, some people might not make every single choice based on everybody but themselves.

    I'm not really sure what you're getting at. I know that there are going to be people playing this class that are selfish, but I was merely giving advice on how the class is meant to be played.

    I heard someone say on splitpaw that they thought most guilds require chanters to role the winds adorn. and I was like "I don't really think any guild would be that dumb to require you to wear certain things"

    Read the whole conversation. I was giving advice to someone who asked, and he posted afterwards. I told him why personally, Potency > Power. If anything, it was a discussion, not a lecture.

    Also, I don't know about guilds requiring that, but it's smart to have a few people wear those runes because they stack.

    Seen lots of guilds on Splitpaw who ran this as a red rune rule, due to the fact that multiple gave stacking issues. If you knew every chanter has Winds, every bard Dains, then you had 4 other people in a group who could wear whatever they wanted and always get Winds/Legacy. With purples its kind of a moot point as they all stack, but it used to work well with Reds, otherwise you'd have 4 mages + Troub in mage group all wearing Dains + Winds and wasting lots.

    Not sure whats so dumb about organisation on 1 adorn slot tbh.

    Focusing on buffs for MT coercer is the worst idea ever, and the logic of " oh, the class isn't meant to be played 4.5 cb\pot, you have to do 8pot to buff the group more with THE SINGLE SPELL which gives ~200k is kinda stupid unless your goal is to burn the crap out of the mobs while dpsing like a fury(?).
    Just to clarify, this rune choice have me lots of dps, probably around the same 200k that i would buff to the whole group,

    I know that coercer is a shit for like ~2 years but cmon.
    About the flurry. If full melee auto gear works and gives more than ranged then yeah, it's the only way to do big numbers now, not counting imba mage group which boosts dps by ~600k

    For those of you still using Melee auto attack, thoughts on full time 35 WDB (Mana Etched Choker) vs 75% Damage to abilities when mob is below 30% health (Torque of Divine Inspiration)?

    I still don't know How good the bonus is. I mean I know what the stat is basically, just not sure how well it is :P it's supposed to be pretty hot stuff.
    I think I would use choker in group zones, 75% thing in raids
