++++: swash, brigand, assassin, ranger, necro, conjy, illusionist
+++: warlock, wizard
++:berserker, SK, bruiser
+: guardian, monk, fury
+/-: Coercer, inq, templar, Defiler, troub, dirge, Pally
-: mystic, warden
just on a sidenote, there will be always situations where classes will go up or down on the list, considering buffs, encounter, ...

Potential I would put it, with the first number obviously meaning ZW(yes, all those classes can do these numbers ZW given the proper group for their DPS):
3k Rogues, Predators, Summoners, Illusionist, Sorcerers
2.5k Berserker, SK, Bruiser, Monk
2k Guardian, Fury, Bards, Paladin, Coercer
1k Inq, Templar, Mystic, Warden

I didn't look through all the pages after this post, but this is wrong. A Mystic should be outparsing a Defiler every time, zonewide or single encounter. Group setup makes some difference. For instance, I never get a troub in the MT group, and our mystic almost always has a dirge in the OT group. Also I'm healing more often, so my zonewide is always lower.
Again, I haven't checked every page, so I don't know if a Defiler spoke up yet, but here's my input. Depending on the zone, and how much I have to heal, with my heal spec I average a zonewide of 4-6 hundred. I don't have reliable info on a DPS specced Defiler's zonewide, because I didn't keep it long enough. However, on raid encounters I was averaging 800-1.2k.

YES I KNOW! they can do mroe damage. but in an intense fight should they be? NO! healers heal

Not every fight is a "intense fight," and they should be dps'ing instead of standing around doing nothing. On most encounters, which are trash, healers can parse higher than that.

Indeed, not only fury's can parse way over 1K as healers. inq's, templars and defilers don't even have to sweat to get more then 1K dps

Re: Standard for dps.
Don't underestimate a combat spec'd mystic. 100% crits for all of our melee hits and damage spells. Wish I could take that aa line on my assassin.

Re: Standard for dps.
Another fury perspective. For context, I'm almost fully mastered and fabled, and INT/STA/Energy specced.
It's my opinion that zonewide numbers are meaningless as a measure of what one should expect from a fury unless you're excluding named fights from your zw numbers. When a fight goes pear-shaped and we have to save someone's ass, or on certain named fights where we have to almost exclusively focus on the healing role, our DPS takes a backseat and our parse craters. This badly hurts our zw, and distorts it to the point where it isn't really an accurate measure of the numbers we're putting up regularly.
My usual group: troub, two warlocks, illy, ranger. With this setup I can do at least 1.5k-2k on most fights now, especially as I'm learning to make better and better use of infusion and procs.
Without this group and their buffs, I couldn't say for sure. PotM procs only account for about 8% of my DPS at most. One thing I can say is that at one point my average DPS on trash went from around 800 to 1500 in the space of a month, and it had nothing to do with gear or spells or buffs--it had to do with learning2play my damn class.
Situational issues: furies excel on fights between 30s and a minute long, and on encounters as opposed to single mobs. We do better with at least 20s or so of downtime in between pulls, as we go OOP very quickly in full burn, and we need the time for Energy Vortex and Ring of Fire to pop again. If we have a lifeburning necro in the group, our DPS is going to suck sweaty balls, because it forces us to constantly toggle off Vortex to save them. We have to spend a lot more time healing if we're in the melee DPS group rather than the mage group, and if for some retarded reason we're put in the MT group, forget DPS entirely.
Aside from that, the bottom line is that any fury with A3 spells should be capable of 1k on trash, minimum, regardless of what group buffs he has or doesn't have. If you're not doing that, you need to reexamine your AA spec, rethink your casting tactics, get in with the scouts and autoattack, learn to watch for dispatch/PotM calls, and make the best use of infusion.

Re: Standard for dps.
You guys suck at remembering the topic. This is unbuffed, flying solo in a group, not getting your set up.
I'd say that anyone parsing below 1k as a DPS class is fucking asleep, and if they're a high dps class (pred/rog, sorc/sum) they should be pushing at least 1.5 zw. simple as that. If they're a healer, and you expect them to DPS, 500 is what I'd expect to see. Some of the harder hitting healers should be at 1k+ (fury, mystic, inquis)

Question. Does ur bards do 2k zw? if not then prolly none does 2k zw
Highest parse i've seen from Kall is 1750 somethin
and Highest from Dant is 1600 so its far from 2k .. unless u meant grp that stacked just for them but other than that those numbers pretty close to where raiders should be

Re: Standard for dps.
bumping 2007 post to see what the conservative benchmarks(as in lower end estimates) of what each class does for dps in T8 on raids are now.
Make assumptions of reasonably good gear (25% fabled T8, 25-50% mastered) and NON-mythical. Also assume consistent DPS on trash mobs/mobs with minimal large jousts.
previous post reference:

Yea there are definitely variables, but there are still benchmarks that decent A3'd-M1'd/Legendary/Fabled players should be hitting no problem.
~2k+ Rangers/Assassins/Wizards/Warlocks/Conj/Necro
~2k Zerkers/Swash
~1.5-2k Brigands/Illusionists/Troub/Fury
~1.5 Monk/Brusier
~1-1.5k Dirge/Coercer/Inquiz/Guardian/SK/Pali/Mystic
~1k Defiler/Templar/Warden (assuming MT group)
