Individual numbers mean shit honestly, the only way to compare players from different raids is % of raid dps done /shrug.

People can come here and go ZOMG I PARSED 7K ZW because their raid is doing 70k+ raid dps consistently, whereas a good player in a shit guild doing 30k raid dps is never going to see 7k zws, doesn't mean they suck though, especially if they're doing the same % of their raids dps.

Questions like this belong in the noob section. There are 1000 variables that determine one dps, unless every raid guild have the same raid setup, you can't just go and put up a number.
