Default Standard for dps.

I think this is the right section to ask this.

I want to know class by class what should be the dps standard on a raid debuffed mob with no group buffs at all.

Why? I"m tired of people parsing shit then blame it on not having the right buffs , I dont know every class in this game so I never know what they should be doing with no buffs.

So it should be like

wiz = x dps
warlock = x dps... and so on.. for all 24.

Thanks for the honest flame free answers.

You're not going to get an easy answer to this because dps isn't just about having the right buffs. It's also about having ad3/m1 instead of app4/ad1; having legendary/fabled instead of crafted/treasured gear; and most importantly it's about knowing your class and knowing when to use what skills. There's far too many factors to base a standard off of simply not having group buffs.

If someone is using something less than adept3 in a raiding guild he better have betrayed the day before else imo he should get fucking booted.

Many many items in this game that are the best shit aorund comes from fucking instances and collection quest. So gear isnt an excuse either if you did all the good quest-lines and collections.

About knowing his class , thats a given being in a raid guild and thats what im getting to , if you dont know wtf you're doing at 70 and applying to be in a raiding guild, you're doing something wrong. And if i know what a class should be doing with no buffs , I know this guy dont know how to play and I can have a chat with him.

And my group buffs example , I used it because I saw some people say *Hey I cant parse 1k becuase i dont have the right group setup* , which is fucking wrong.

I hate when people ask this question. There's too many variables. How fast does your raid kill? Debuffs? Gear? Spells/CAs? Chainpull? AEs? Stuns?

Take some random ass trash mob with dispatch on it chain pull for 30min , hows that?

btw.. i know dispatch is not almighty.. its an example.. lets say its well debuffed.

edit : I tried looking at every class forums and I'm getting a better idea already.. but i just cant find a dps thread in every single one of them so I was trying to merge all of them here.

Yea there are definitely variables, but there are still benchmarks that decent A3'd-M1'd/Legendary/Fabled players should be hitting no problem.

~2k+ Rangers/Assassins/Wizards/Warlocks/Conj/Necro
~2k Zerkers/Swash
~1.5-2k Brigands/Illusionists/Troub/Fury
~1.5 Monk/Brusier
~1-1.5k Dirge/Coercer/Inquiz/Guardian/SK/Pali/Mystic
~1k Defiler/Templar/Warden (assuming MT group)

I'm pretty sure all of the classes are capable of moving into the tier above them, potentially higher. But if someone app'd to a guild and was putting up those numbers I would think that they were playing their class at a fairly high level and understood the game enough to be a valuable addition.

It's rare that I'm under 3k as a Swashbuckler in the Tank group.
