    Rouge = A type of makeup, also the colour red/pink in Italian/Spanish.
    Rogue = Swashbuckler or Brigand.

    FFS learn how to spell your own class. Or are you perhaps thinking of playing with makeup?

    As an assassin, we can pretty much always spam CA @ 1 per second. On trash fights we never run out. On named fights we will run out at least once, sometimes twice, and have to step back 1 step and throw the 3 ranged CA (which have a lot longer cast times). So Our number isn't quite 1, but its gotta be like .9.

    For assassins who are spec'd RS and Agi, the number is probably even higher than 1 on trash mobs. But I have never used those specs, so I'm not sure if we suddenly run into problems with running out of CA to use.

My toon is a warlock, and all of our single-target dps spells have a base 1.5 second cast.     Yes, this is ONE OF THE REASONS WHY I SAID DISREGARD THAT POST =) If you read my previous post, you would see that I said my mistake was making crits a flat bonus to damage, rather than the max+1_30 dealie. Reading comprehension FTW. =)
