Re: Some tips on our dps numbers
Put the Swash in the MT group instead of an assassin. 3 reasons - essentially same aggro transfer, more benefits from DPS buffs from dirge/coercer, and your swash seems better than your assassin. This should alleviate some aggro issues.
Other than that, it looks ok. The people that need serious work are your conjs, necros and assassins. Bard and Ench DPS is nice to have, but I'd focus on those 3, because they are operating essentially at 50% of max capacity.

Re: Some tips on our dps numbers
I'd suggest if your zerk is taking aggro let him MT, or both the Guard and Zerk could fight for aggro thus ensuring that one of the tanks will have aggro and this should let the other classes cut lose a bit. We typically have another MT group set with a zerk and I have to fight in order to keep aggro as a guard but it's good for DPS, when we have the zerk MT I'm going all out DPS and making the zerk fight to keep aggro. If thinking about splitting the tanking have the zerk tank for 90% of the encounters...i.e the multiple target encounters and switch to a Guard MT for the single target named. This might help if you are losing ppl to mobs not directly targeted or if classes are holding back on AEs worrying about aggro.

Where are you getting that number? What kind of group is your coercer in to achieve that?
I'll give you that I'm newish to raiding, but my gear is improving 10 fold, but I can't parse a 700 zonewide parse on any zone, tho I get close in Lyceum (I have to parse last nights Lyceum as that was by far my best) but due to mezzing on Gnorbl and flower duty on the last guy, it doesn't quite get there.
I'm usually in a group as a buffer, and as such don't get buffs that benefit me. I get a couple of scouts, a monk, inquisitor and sometimes a zerker, pally or SK, depending on who's online. I'm not going to stomp my foot and cry for a group to make my dps higher, as my guild can easily parse in the 17-18k range without me, but I'm curious how you set up to get your coercer to that kind of dps.

Im guessing that they have the AA which if your power is under 30% it increases your dps by 30%. I think thats the AA or something similar

Re: Some tips on our dps numbers
Hum. Well I'm trying atm to figure out how we can switch up our grouping and strategy to help with the mobs. I mean if it's a matter of pushing buttons vs not pushing buttons then I can leave someone in the leftover group, but if we're not setting up to max that person's dps then I want to know what I can change.
For example me as a brigand. I need to be a buff whore to parse that high. I had dirge, illusionist, ranger, bruiser, me and inquis as a group. Then I also need a hate decrease from a coercer to parse that high (we have 2). So I'm thinking maybe we could change some things around.
I love the idea of having the zerk tank multiple targets. People are peeling mobs if it's a large group off the guard. Since we have a 2nd tanking group already setup we can just have the zerk tank those encounters to let the mages open up with their aoes. Plus the zerk will stop peeling aggro and instead of his hate generation being a problem it will be a bonus for those mobs.

our coercer does similar or better numbers in a standard mt group. Guard, dirge, coercer, 3 healers

Re: Some tips on our dps numbers
About booting people. It's not really an option. We like our members in the guild as it is. The illusionist makes us laugh a lot and we get to joke around about the time he put laundry detergent in his dishwasher all the time. That ranger doesn't show up much but she's been with us since T5 through all the good times and bad - she's also not 50 AAs yet or geared up very well. We're a casual guild and we generally only boot people because they're causing drama, not because they're not doing well on parses. I guess that's part of being casual and how we run things but helping people learn to be better is more our style.

Amen to that.
Just get your necro to pay attention to their short duration dot (ie cast it every other spell) and use the 2 group dots more in lyceum. Cast hard, cast early
