Uhm, that's wrong. The weapon is a 1.3 delay with a proc that's normalized to a 3.0 delay. Thus, it's not a 5% proc on every swing, you have to convert it, unless the weapon in question is 3.0 delay.

But notice I'm not even using the delay. The delay is extraneous if you just want to see the DPS increase. I'm using 3.0 as the delay.

omg stop it. I graduated years ago and I feel like I'm back in algebra. My head hurts. Lets just say it doesn't really matter since it's such a low number.
