Sounds like a spell.. can be used on 8 encounters (how many instances or raids pull 8 encounters...) lets see it..

It's mostly for rangers

They're the only class that pulls 8 encounters in an instance/raid.

Tuor,I think we get that you dont like being a wood elf zerker.....

anyways its about 350~ dmg with a 1 min recast. I wouldn't mind it on my ranger, but an extra aoe can be useful to anyone.

Also, it doesnt mean you have to be fighting 8 encounters, just 8 mobs - linked or not. I know on my sk I often pull more than that in heroic zones, and in avatar fights there are 4-5 mobs around to use it on. Its got its uses.

I really dont see how anyone is going to be totally ruined by these racial traits.
