Fighter: - 2 of 2%, or 1% of All 3.
- 4% Block Chance
- 4% Melee Critical Chance
- 4% Spell/Taunt Resistance

- 4% Melee Crit Chance
- 4% Double Attack

- 4% Chance For Spells not be Be Resisted

- 4% Casting Speed

Healer: - 2 of 2%, or 1% of All 3.
- 4% Heal Crit Chance (Also Improves the Crit Chance of Others healing you)
- 4% Reduction to All Power Costs
- 4% Reuse Speed

Those are the stats on my beta DE, with racial traits at lv 80. I'm naked, and I cleared all my AAs, so you can have an idea of what only racial traits add. Far from the numbers you posted above.

That was a bit harsh Tuor dont u think? I like the idea you had setup, it would mean a lot more similarity between classes, or at least a bit more balanced. As of right now wood elves get jack shit for anything except being a ranger... we're probably the most nerfed racial ability-wise out of all the classes. At least humans get +skill which is very crucial to a lot of dps'ers
