I wish they could add some real progression and keep us at level 70 for maybe another year.
Of course, in order to do that there simply NEEDS to be a raid oriented expansion. KoS raid content is used by record numbers of players, there is no good reason to be be completely leaving that behind and telling people to go roll fae's.
Sadly the perfect lifecycle for a tier should be:
Expansion 1 - Level increase + solo/heroic content. Just a couple raids.
Expansion 2 - No level increase. Half solo/group content. Half raids.
Expansion 3 - No level increase. Mostly raids. Very little solo/group content.
In between it would be nice to have an adventure pack to bridge the gaps a little more.
AP 1 - 75% solo/heroic, 25% raid.
AP 2 - 75% raid, 25% solo/heroic.
As an alternative, the level increase could be spread out amongst the expansion, so maybe 5 levels with number 1, 3 levels with number 2, and 2 final levels with the third expansion.
The key is to make ample content for all playstyles. By expansion 3, a casual non raider should have grown bored with expansion 1 and be ready for expansion 2 at the least. If they are already there, expansion 3 and the AP right before it has enough new content to keep you going until the new tier begins the cycle aagain. As a raider, you should still have some stuff from the previous tier that you need to farm and possibly even a previously unbeatable encounter or 2 so that while there is limited raid content in expansion 1, it opens some doors from the previous tiers expansion 3. Then of course expansion 2 and 3 get better and better for you.
(I have no idea where this all came from, most of my posts come from the top of my head, and this one seems like a good idea to me

)
Anyways, I wish I could say your poll there is a good example of what the player base wants, but I know in my head that the high end raid scene is overwhelmingly represented on these boards since so many of us have become dissolutioned with the SOE ones.
