There is an issue with Warlock swarm pets, and I am trying to track down if it is a bug with our spell specifically, or with all swarm pets. They currently spawn at the level of their spell, where as prior to RoK they would scale to the caster's level. Their being green to us at 80, and grey to all the epic content, renders them mostly useless due to the higher resist rate associated with level con mechanics.

So Necros, Brigands, Conj.. any others with swarm pets... do your pets spawn at the spell level or up to your toons level(80)? Is this solely a Warlock issue, or do you share the broken mechanic?

no i had to buy my upgraded version of the swarm pets, they stop leveling with you as you get new versions of the spell and you must upgrade.

This misses the point. A T8 spell (Warlock:Infestation) is spawning green swarm pets for a lvl 80 Warlock, and to T8 raid mobs these are grey and heavily resisted.

This was never the case for swarm pets for any class in the past. Each tier of pets didn't stopped leveling with you until you got the new version at level x.

my M1 thugs scaled to about 75 then stopped, the new thugs scale fine.

Conjy Swarm pets scale up to 80. They are white con to me when i push them out.

I noticed this on NPC mobs as well while questing in Fens yesterday. The Fishmen Hydromancers were white to me at 73 and had blue con pets.
