I don't know about other Coercers, but i've found perpetuality to be useless. You eventually run out of things to cast to the point that it's either not worth the effort of spamming that fast or you burn out of power fast =p.

OK, think im going to change my AA's up a little bit. This is really all about maximizing my DPS while retaining my 8 ranks in heal crits. lemme know what you think.Thx
STA 4-4-8 for heal crits
INT 4-4-4-8 ups my crit chance to 6.2%
AGI 4-4-4-1 still get chronosiphoning, 20% reduction in recast timers, and an extra 1% spell haste --OR--
AGI 4-4-5 for chronosiphoning and 25% reduction in recast timers

I think you're an idiot who needs to examine the AAs. You do not get a 20% reduction in recast timers. You will get a 16% reduction in recovery timers.
If anything, go STA 4-4-8, INT 4-4-4-8, AGI 4-8-1.
