Solutions have been suggested:
1. Remove levels from arrows altogether. This solution creates the obvious arguable problem of allowing people to use the same cheap or summoned arrows forever.
2. Make the damage penalty kick in only after a certain level differential (i.e. arrows >15 levels below bow level; arrows <80% of bow's level).
3. Create a tier-based system in which arrows of a given tier (i.e. T8=levels 71-80) yield full damage for bows of that tier and lower. This is obviously quite similar to option 2.
So stop fucking whining that rangers whine too much and learn2read.

Btw, I personally favor a 15-level rule, meaning the damage penalty only kicks in when the arrows you're using are more than 15 levels below the bow. Option 1 is too detrimental to woodworkers. A %-based rule creates problems down the road as the same % rule produces widening max level differences (i.e. 80% of level 100 is 80, so with an 80% rule you can use level 80 arrows with level 100 bows). A tier-based system or 10-level rule is too restrictive. With a 15-level rule, you obsolesce the previous tier's handcrafted and NPC-bought arrows with the new tier, but continue to allow people to use high-end arrows from that previous tier (i.e. tenderwood, Deathtoll summoned arrows), which is sensible.

Ya but wouldn't using t7 infinite ammo ( baz'kuul, viscid ) be sorta overpowered if u were allowed the same damage bonus as Hand crafted and/or item summoned arrows of a technically higher tier?
I mean I do like your suggestion a lot, but I just see few instances ( the one I listed ) where people would just bitch non stop. =/
Edit : Maybe I read wrong, but are you saying t8 arrows would still yield a higher damage bonus then t7 arrows, but you cud still use t7 arrows for t8 bows? If so then yea I don't see a problem with the 15 lvl rule.

Under my system, for a level 80 bow, the stats of high-end T7 arrows (tenderwood, Deathroll summoned) would be directly comparable to those of handcrafted T8 arrows. Therefore, those high-end T7 arrows would be better for a level 80 bow. If noobs (or others) don't like it, suck...it...up. Handcrafted (Tier X)<Raid Legendary (Tier X-1) is not a new thing and makes plenty of common sense. Upgrade the high-end T7 arrows with (are you ready for this?) high-end T8 arrows (holy shit!), even if it's only an appropriately higher damage bonus for the new tier and not a higher accuracy bonus. And ffs, make some of these arrows come from raid-dropped arrow-summoning items. This really needs to be a routine thing for each tier, because it's really fucking retarded to force one class to spend massive amounts of cash or use massive amounts of guild resources over any other class just to do its standard dps, with no way out of said cost. This is going to be a serious problem when Deathtoll summoned arrows finally are obsolesced under whatever arrow mechanics system they implement, and they almost certainly will be obsolesced at some point.
