I agree. The only rogue that can't mitigate the aggro they generate is a rogue who's playing like a retard.

a paladin with amends on me is 100% sticky aggro on the paladin no matter what anyone else in the group is doing (except fissioning on incoming like a jackass).

any other tank, without a hate transfer, won't keep steady (100%) aggro even through my full deaggros. i have mercy hotkeyed to cast on myself and also bound to an extra mouse key. i know what the fuck i'm doing with my deaggros. they may be able to hold it most of the time, but most of the time is not all the time.

the moral of the story is not that brigands generate a lot of hate or that warriors need hate transfers in group to hold solid aggro, its the fact that amends just owns.
