Just killed Vorador, a named fish/eye in Karnor's Castle - while he's dropped a master for me in the past, he didn't drop squat this time, not even a wooden chest.

/bugged in game, its so annoying

Quit being a dumbass, ALL nameds are expected to drop loot, this is been the case since t1.

I have never seen a named ( that wasn't a quest mob ) NOT Drop loot, be it wood or w/e.

To the OP : Yea it might be a bug or SOE might've just made it that way, tho iirc most nameds in karnors weren't dropping anything at all either at the beginning of ROK, so maybe this mob just got overlooked wen the other mobs got fixed?

This mob is really buggy. Each time I've killed it it's respawned immediately after it dies. We kill it again and both times it drops nothing. I dunno if they are falling through the moat floor or what, but it sure seems like a buggy encounter.

KC is such a huge disappointment. I that since it's already had one round of tweaks that it won't likely receive any more attention. Too bad really cause it could be a great zone for the low 70s.

That's not entirely true. The vampires in Bloodlines - namely Tombs of Night : Retribution, don't always drop a chest... but they are the only place to get a blood drenched gi.

But good point none the less, even still though, add bloodlines + vorador and u have 1% ( if that ) of all the nameds in eq2 that have a chance of not dropping anything when killed. /shrug

The mob is bugged he has 3 place holdes all can spawn him BUT

The placeholders can drop his legendary loot. Seems the place holders have his legendary loot table and not him.

Yeah lots of KC and Chardok named weren't dropping squat at launch, but I heard they had fixed that. Apparently not the case with this mob.

Most of the other nameds that I can two-box have at least dropped a wooden chest - and like I said, I've seen this particular mob drop a master before.

I'm thinking its quite buggy - I mean you can have 3 of them up at the same time (I've only ever seen 2 at once, but I'm assuming 3 is possible), and get multiple ornate drops and then, absolutley nothing. I've looked around to see if the chest has been lost in the world or something, but I don't think its the case.
