Pretty certain he's talking about the temp buff, I would hope anyway.

I'm only at 869 INT no-bufs now M1 INT buff from a wizard and I'm chilling at 973. It's fun. Cap is 1220, so I toss up my temp int buff, and I'm uhm, basically there!
