I have a stupid superstition in this game. When a chest drops lego/exq and someone loots a body and like a relic is found. I will wait for the chest to be opened and roll on items in there before I roll on the relic body drop.

So stupid, but I do it every time still. =p

Mine is to give up all hope of the stuff you need ever dropping and bitch about it endlessly.

Then, as soon as your friends run the zone without you, it'll drop and have to be muted.

not true, but since i played a halfling i was fully in favor of that myth. hard to kill things when you couldn't see for all the corpses.

I am so F'n tired of hearing this one. I use HOs all the freakin time, I rarely ever get a master if I am not raiding.
When I solo I use HO about 3times per fight, and I am still freakin broke!

The superstition isn't that masters drop everytime you HO during a fight but rather that it improves the chances of getting items higher up on the loot table. Obviously this is completely bunk for epic mobs cause they're always dropping fabled.
