One option, and this helped me a lot, is to download ACT (advanced combat tracker), and get the plugin that parses double attacks (this is located on their forums. While you are playing, and running ACT with the plugin, you will get beep (or whatever .wav file you choose) every time you hit. Essentially what you do is turn on your attack, wait for a ding, hit your CA, repeat.
