Profit UI raid macros

Profit hase raid macros set up for each person in the raid only it seems only one of them sends a tell to the target and that would be the heart/shard request. Would anyone know what file needs to be edited and how for the different classes.

Case in point someone in my guild would like to send a tell whenever gravitas is being cast on a person, rather than making a macro with every person he casts it on he could alter the profit file.

Any help would be great
