So I was going over parses in Kor-Sha, and noticed that 10% of my parse on Aktar the Dark and Uthtak the Cruel show up as "confound" in ACT.

Diving into the logs, I see the following lines which match up:

(1205034399)[Sat Mar 08 21:39 2008] YOU critically hit Aktar the Dark for 846 mental damage.
(1205034397)[Sat Mar 08 21:37 2008] YOU hit Aktar the Dark for 1031 mental damage.
(1205034400)[Sat Mar 08 21:40 2008] YOU hit Aktar the Dark for 1337 mental damage.

etc. There's a ton of them.

Now I know Aktar reflects, but this still makes no sense. SOE just logging this stuff wrong for this fight? I see this same stuff for other people with whatever damage type they do (e.g. Necro's just doing "disease damage" without a spell)

I'll Look at my parser after we do kor-sha this week and see if I can come up w/ anything.

Now to throw a random idea out there...

Do you put spellshield on yourself?

Never know... might be screwn things up w/ double reflect or something.
