If I have two pieces of gear on that both have Shelter on them and cast a benefecial spell, can the two Shelters proc or will they not stack like that?

They can both proc, but you will only have 1 Shelter on each person at a time, not 2.

Yep, to my knowledge, all procs work this way.

As a defiler i think i have the room to say that shelter blows in comparison to OH. i currently have one piece of shelter gear; and would never wear more than one piece, if that. Granted that a 300 ward is nice, the OH will stack up to 2-3k heals off of one beneficial. If u tried to use shelter in this way u would get a constant 300 ward on everyone, and in ROK i think we all know how far that goes.....
