meh..read this novel of a thread..

My guild and I do a lot of content. Heroic zones, Raid instances ect..We see tons of masters. The same piece of shit masters that are common. So in my opinion the drop rate of masters is fine. Fine if you consider the same crappy masters dropping over and over again fine.

Since t5 SOE has had issues with their loot tables actually working right. Nothing has changed here. Keep up the awesome job SOE..

imo they should do like they did in EQ1 in later xpacs (Omens, etc..)

Raid mobs/heroic bosses drop an item - Said Item is turned in for master at trainer - You get your masters in a set order.

Makes it so there aren't people grouping and never seeing a master drop, and then up the drop rate of the items on raid bosses, leave the drop rate the same for group/heroic encounters.

So you as a raid can get the important masters done in raid (heals, MT spells, etc) and in a group you don't have to hope it's one of your masters in that chest, you know it will be one of yours, you just have to win the roll.

I'm on BB to, no chance at wizard masters.. I actually saw 2 drop today in Voes, but were shit masters (ro's blade and the mezz)

got a 80 m1 brig off a level 78 bird solo in JW Oo was pretty wtf . And the night before, on all the nameds in chelsith, 10 woods and 3 ornates... yay drop chances.

Lol chelsith, /grumble I normally don't even do the leviathans anymore. Just sneak around the sides and do the fishmen. Im sick of wood every stinking time off the lev's.

As far as I know the only leviathan that can drop anything BUT wood is the last one.

as said, just make lvl 71-80 masters drop off of the same mobs...

and make t8 versions of old ancient masters like Percussion of stones... no need for them to be a upgrade, just make them fucking optainable
