It looks like they are looking into adjusting the Byzola encounter or any other encounter with effects that shouldn't be cured.

The only issue is that people are reporting from test that the range on the single target 'Cure' is 10m which needs to be /bugged by anyone who is on test.

Umm can't find in the thread how does exactly the cure work. Does it cure one effect of each type per cast?

Yes - one cast will cure 1 of each type - arcane, noxious, elemental, trauma
If you have mutiple effects of the same type it will require multiple casts

Cast/Recast is the same

we just need to make sure the range is the same as the current cures - 10m would be just stupid (I plan to log into test tonight before raids just to verify and /bug if needed)

Mages still only have cure arcane

Group cures remain the same

Here is the thread on the official forums with several dev postings and the test update notes (several cure aa lines are being augmented due to the change).

4 primary cures - will now be one spell...

I'm just happy for more hotbar spots open, even though I use click to cure group windows, I still keep them on the hotbar, sometimes its easier to get to them that way. I could care less what they do about cures making the game easier, there plenty other things I'd rather do than make sure I don't hit the wrong cure button, like DPS.
