Default Spellcasting Pets and resists

Wow, so you know how when spells are resisted from a player, their recast time gets shortened? Well, it looks like when a pet is resisted, their recast is exactly the same as when it hits. This seems, a bit dumb to me, I mean why don't pet's get the same rules as players?

What about recovery time? AFAIK, pet's still don't have it.

I agree, the rules should be universal, why the differences?

Pets probable follow npc rules. They probable have the same recast on resisted spells so they wont spam you with something if you resist it.

They removed recovery time from pets because of how stupid the AI is, and how when there was time between spells the pet would run closer and closer towards the mob, now with /pet ranged and /pet melee, recovery time should probably come back, but the reason why it was removed was because of how insanely difficult it was to keep a pet at ranged as it would not have a spell to cast due to recovery, and would start running towards the mob.

Because Sony hates pet classes!!! And while we're on pets, why don't the pet buffs from different gear stack or apply correctly as is?!?!?! And why do the tier 8 summoner pets not have an added ability??!?! And why does the pet buffing gear have such shitastic effects...plus INT/STR...plus 100 spell dmg...whoopty fucking doo!!

And pets still run in to die, even when set to range only

Remove resists from the game entirely imo. In case of a spell getting resisted currently, it should mitigate the spell's effects accordingly. I.e. a 10s stun resisted today should become a 5s stun if the mob has high mental resistances. Damage spells get mitigated by mob resistances already.
