think its better off on the wizzy then the warlock personally, but maybe alternate between the 2.

The Illusionist doesn't know what the fuck they're doing, unless the Wizard and Warlock are parsing like shit, then I suppose you could justify it going on the Conj. Out of the Wiz and Warlock I'd put it on whoever was parsing highest.
Only reason I can think of to put it on the druid is if the entire group is wearing chokers the illy might think the druid needs the recast reduction on group heals to keep them alive. Whether or not he does is another story, but that's the only even semi-logical reason I can come up with off the top of my head.

Decent fury or warden can easily keep group with full chokers alive.. they just need to fucking stop nuking
