This is still good for mobs that taunt but the doesn't doesnt stick your target. Gnorbie for instance will be even simpler for me, even if im hitting the target key now I can spam a heal to him even if i loose target.

When i use that macro its generally an emergency/immediate type thing so i preface mine with a /cancel_spellcast - it eliminates any queing or delay isssues. Its nice addition and I am glad they fixed it so the forced targeting still occurs.
