anyone with a coercer and dirge would rock.....

rangers can only parse with t8 ammo and a bow with DR >100

Rinion, I know you're from the bazaar, so I'll go easy on you.

Zone wide parses only calculate the times that you're engaged in an encounter. So unless you're taking a bathroom break during a fight, the dps is looking horrible because...well....the dps IS horrible.

I feel bad for the rangers, in t5 they were pretty shit, in t6 you could fill a raid with them and destroy shit!... Our rangers used to chew up the godking, and now... They suck again!

Rangers need to get buffed imo, I can only do like 700 dps tops..

It is quite sad that, as a troubador I can parse around 900 in a decent group (IIRC), and beat a ranger, which is supposed to be Tier 1 DPS. The ranger probably wouldnt be buffed as high as I would (wiz, warlock etc) but the groups would be comparable.

This could be our ranger, but she used to top every parse in T6 (not a great feat I'll admit) so she must be pretty good.

No offense to the Ranger shintaro but she was bad. Playing with a well geared Ranger he actually can make me work to keep above his DPS. So the class might be weaker overall but a skilled ranger can still parse. They arent easy mode DPS like they used to be. Our ranger can parse close to 2k pretty consitantly but he usually has a pretty good group.

Is this post supposed to be ironic? In the very same sentence you state that (paraphrasing) Your "Ranger must be pretty good because she topped every parse in T6" then state that it's "Not a great feat". See how that works?

Anyway, this is a flames forums so I don't have to be polite here, your Ranger either:

Is not blessed with good gear and CA upgrades

OR

Is not blessed with the fucking intelligence required to read around the subject, experiment and improve their parse.

Oh and for a Ranger to top every parse in T6 required them to not be AFK for the whole fight - 80% of it would be OK though.
