Which class SHOULD do the best DPS in an optimal RAID set up? - Page 13

everything is situational it has alot to do with group setup ect but... omg big picture is what mob is it?!

Rangers often top the parse, so do necros, conj, assassin actiallu is normally not on the TOP but they are in top 5. but like i said it depends on what mob you are fighting.

brigands put up some big numbers and we boost everyone elses dps.

I love my Summoner and I build him to do the best dps he can, which I easily show time and again. Can't the same be said of every other damage class out there, loving their character and maximizing it to be the best it can be?

The question of this thread is which class SHOULD do the most in an optimal setup, and TBH I can't really decide on any one class. Most go with Scouts, but I go with Mages because we have no offensive / defensive stance, no self damage buffs beyond what we give to the group, no self hate reduction / transfer of any signifigance, no free damage from posions and the lowest survivability.

I have no answer for this thread's question other than that right now if you optimize any one of the eight real dps classes, most of them are going to end up killing themselves no matter what you do.

I've always had the belief that the assassin class should have the highest potential dps. Although I could list out reasons why I feel that way, it doesn't matter much cause people will just say I'm biased.. hell.. I am too :P
