The poster was listing how maximum raid dps is going to come from AE fights, and those classes that excel at them, thus Conj/Warlock and to a lesser extent Wizard.

His group setup isn't that insane, since it can be used on pretty much most trash encounters that don't AE, but my group always rolls with a healer so I've never really tried that

No Conjuror in their right mind would be spec'd to have the heal pet if they called themselves a raider, same way a Necro wouldn't be spec'd for their debuff pet.
