    Default Worst Raid Mob Effects

    List the following in your order of importance. Feel free to add something you really dislike if it is not listed:

    Reactive Stun/Stifle
    Reactive Damage Debuffs that lower damage, heals, etc to 1
    Multiple AEs in ranges too close for 1 priest to cure
    Special Safe zones (Trak and Munzok), often small and forcing raids to stack very tightly
    Charms/Fears
    Failure Conditions
    Ports (think Ykesha)
    Clickies (Druushk, Munzok)
    On Cast effects (typical with many avatars and Munzok)..things that could interrupt, stun, stifle you the moment you press a key
    Debuff stripping
    AEs that can one shot anyone but a tank that is in range
    Animations tied to Particle effects
    Animations reused for multiple effects on same mob
    Lack of emotes and animations period on some mobs
    Death touches
    Disarms

    I know there are more things out there that annoy the hell outta people, but I'll leave that for others to put in.

    Reactive Roots combined with force you to move otherwise you spawn a mob.

    Ooh, damn good one. Can't believe I forgot that. Yes, reactive knockbacks has gotta be near the top of my list. The fact that SOE just reuses KBs over and over to make an otherwise simple mob difficult is disgusting.

    Force Target clear with target lock

    Failure condition effects landing on people that are dead without warning/reapplying when rez'd

    Because there's no other way to create raid mobs without those affects and still have it hard? Learn to imagine more.

    I'm not saying I love WoW, but they do make several fun, VERY difficult encounters without any of that stupid shit. EQ2 devs literally equate frustration with difficulty, and for that they should be kept away from game development as far as possible.

    I nearly forgot, tons of incurable effects. No matter what they are, they are gay. Countering things is part of what makes any game fun. Thrust and Riposte, my friends.
