Default Fighters are getting Raid-wide buffs

Interesting to say the least to make fighters more useful in raids. I wonder how exactly they plan to do this, just take their group buffs that are either their proc(crusaders), dps/haste(brawlers), or str/skills(warriors) buff and just make it raid-wide? Or are they going to create new buffs instead. Either way, fighters needed something to make them a bit more useful in raids, and this does seem like the way to go.

do you have links for any more info, or where did you hear this?

btw one of the warriors give str/proc dps & haste to group, and neither gives skills.

Uhh, I guess Guardians don't have a group skill-buff, nope not at all. And Berserkers have a buff that gives STR and a DPS/Haste proc all-in-one? News to me that they have a singular buff that does that!

I thought the guardian was a self buff.
No the zerker isn't a "all-in-one" but does it matter if it's all in one or not? geez..
Edit: I never even said it was all in one.

I like the idea. But I'd like it more if Fighters had any group buffs that a wizard would want. =P

How about 15.4% casting speed reduction? Or 16% increasing on deaggro spell/proc?

Just cross-posting from the other thread to make it easier for dumbasses like me that missed it:

Monk : Haste buff had 15.1% spell haste added
Bruiser : DPS buff had 16% bonus to taunts / detaunts
    Guard/Zerker : I didnt see anything different

From Lockeye's post it seems that these will be the buffs that become "raid wide". Just gonna have to wait a few weeks and see how they change and how "raid wide" actually works.

PS: Give SKs the spell haste !
And also, congrats on a fantastic idea for making fighters useful in raids again. If this gets tweaked right it's one of the best ideas in a while.

Do you really think the up to heal/spell damage B.S. will make any raid drop another class for a 4th or 5th fighter? Ill say the cast haste is mildly appealing and the taunt may be semi useful after the agro changes, but i doubt either will make a noticable enough difference to increase desirebility above a second class. The problem is you have 24 raid slots and 24 classes. Some classes just stack well. brigs, healers, any dps class. I just don't see this making the ideal 24 man raid include 24 classes. This is a good step but they need to increase the raid size to 30 for 4+ fighters ever to be wanted in a raid.

I still see even with these changes guilds using at most 3 fighters on raids. Guard (MT), Zerk(OT/dps), and whichever crusader or brawler sucks the least after this change.

remeber the up to dam/heal and castign speed stuff all has relatively low caps. Don't get me wrong this is an upgrade, but not a fix for raid desirebility.

Casting Speed stuff has low caps? I just want to say let's look at how much it costs a Cleric to get 14.4% Casting Speed haste, 24 AAs, plus the starter. Whereas, a Monk can now give the entire raid 15.1%. That's fucking amazing. Plus, let's look at how much it costs a Bard to give a single group 8%(which lots of people think is pretty damn good), oh wait 24 AAs. So fuck, that 15.1% is fucking amazing. The Crusader ones are crap, if they make it the skill-mod and the STR buff for the entire raid, the Warrior ones are really good. Then we are left with the Brawler ones, the Monk one is amazingly near overpowered, whereas the Bruiser one is pretty strong if it is applied before the hate-gain bonus is applied.
