Focus: Malicious Assault and Volatility
I've searched high and low, and have yet to find any evidence of these two radius reduction abilities being fixed to not increase the radius of effect instead.
With EoF and the subsequent love and joys of epic mobs that include 100+ radius spells that are barely resistable, these two abilities seemed to have been created to ease the time sensitivity in jousting certain aes such as Furious Storm or to save unlucky people who get treed right before Nature's Fury.
Now, with GU37's changes to Volatility, will they be trying to increase the usefulness of a 120% useless ability or did they actually find and fix the (Radius)/(1-%reduction) bug that seems to be happening?
