Well, the crazy ideas part is certainly correct. It's probably a blessing to us all that you have no hand whatsoever in game design :p

As opposed to Paladins, who actually have more uncontested avoidance than Warriors? We should be rushing to nerf them too? Down with easy mode pallies!

Now you have a reason to bring a paladin on raid. He can now control the overagroer as well as being the best agro OT. Leave the + 90 heal thing in (non raid wide) who cares its useless anyway. Put strength back in though most paladins rather have the strength thats how bad + heals are.
|
? what? you already have a reason to bring a paladin to a raid - to tank, if you have need of an OT.

|
This is probably the only thing that you have said that makes any sense whatsoever. Everyone I know raids with at least 4 bards if possible, and they probably each indirectly contribute at least twice the DPS of the highest DPS class on the raid sans bard buffs. The problem of course would be that you would in effect be making an already incredibly powerful set of classes even more powerful.

Give monks a buff, because Fighters aren't supposed to buff. What? Are you reading what you type?
Thing is, you actually have it right when you say that fighters aren't supposed to buff - it's just too bad that the rest of your post(s) center on how to make fighters better buff bots.

Right. There's classes that do what you want, they are bards and healers. If you want to play a fighter and not tank, then you should not be playing a fighter, that is what they are there for, to tank, not to buff. What's more, most self-respecting tanks would want nothing to do with these ideas - I've never seen a good Paladin come up to me and say damn, I really want to find a guild to be an Amends bot in, that would be fucking uber.

? what? you already have a reason to bring a paladin to a raid - to tank, if you have need of an OT. The amends raid wide idea has been proven to be a bad concept. The rest is what is already in game/test. so no change here other then raid wide buffs being a bad idea.

They would be more powerful but less required in each group. This is not ment to nerf or take away bard buffs. They provide plenty to thier group.
Give monks a buff, because Fighters aren't supposed to buff. What? Are you reading what you type? Both buffs suggested are already in game and on test. What i am saying is a raid wide buff is a bad idea. And fighters are ment to protect, deal w adds, control agro, and generally increase the raids survivability, NOT be taken into a raid for 1 raid wide buff.
Right. There's classes that do what you want, they are bards and healers. "If you want to play a fighter and not tank, then you should not be playing a fighter, that is what they are there for, to tank, not to buff." < makes no fucking sense. It doesn't make any fighter a buff bitch instead this concept allows any fighter to work with other fighters in order to control, agro, tank, and protect thier raid/group better. You could have a shadowknight offtanking and with these fighter buffs do a comparable job, but in the end bringing additional fighters subclasses to raids while increasing the raids increases the raids survivability.

This is my point. You are suggesting that, simply by their presence, fighters increase the raid's survivability. There is a name for what you propose - being a buff bot - this is what I was trying to illustrate in my post.

And what you said makes no fucking sense, what exactly is difficult to understand about the fact that the role of fighters in group and raid content is to tank, and that if you do not wish to be tanking and taking an active role on raids, you should play a class which lends itself to a less active role.
Casting a buff on someone isn't "working with them to tank the mobs". It's casting a buff on them. If this makes you happy, I've already made suggestions on ways to improve your enjoyment of the game by playing a different class.

Re: The real fighter fix
I do not know of a Mystic who has gone all the way down the wisdom line for alacrity, unless I am thinking of a different spell, so he wouldn't be able to give that buff to a ranger.

Re: The real fighter fix
Wow so everyone shot down Gungo's ideas in the other thread so he made a new one?
Here is why you fail. You make claims about how easy things are or how trivial other things are, yet your guild cant even kill everything or even close to everything in game. If its so damn easy how come you fail?

Could you imagine how much hate gain that is?

Just the thought of raid wide amends is...is... just wow

Aren't all the avatar spawns based on the amount of people who worship the gods?

Yes. They are not random. They are easily predictable.
