Default Haste Vs. DPS when >200

    Hello,

With regards to my Paladin and Swashbucker, I'm trying to decide if I should sack either haste for DPS or vice versa through reforgering. I know that Haste > 200 gets converted to flurry, but I don't know if DPS > 200 gets converted to anything. I have well above 200 for both haste and DPS and I also know DPS starts seeing some severe diminishing returns past 200. So, I was wondering if it would be beneficial for me to sac either stat into the other while keeping both above 200?

Side questions: How important is strikethrough/accuracy/block chance? And, should I focus on raising those.

    Thanks.

DPS over 200 still converts to extra damage, just at a much lower rate.

Can't think of any stat that's worth getting rid of to stack haste/dps. Maybe if you're getting tank gear with stuff you can't use.
It's only weird if it doesn't work.

Strike through, through my own experimenting (between zero and 100%) is worth dick.

As a Paly, yer fucking squishy, moar block chance prz... whatever you have, aint enough. Get more. (currently my paly has 160% blockmod, 55% uncontested block, and gets fucking face raped in Wurm end.)

The flurry debate is on-going... I personaly like the spam, as a choice, but is it really worth that much? Probably not. Better served making it into reuse or crit bonus.

DPS overcap, yes it still adds damage, but when I droped DPS adorns for mainstat adorns, My weapon damage stayed exactly the same, So dps overcap isnt worth a whole shit ton either... And when auto now makes up less than 40% of your parse (as mine does, even on my zerk) You'd get a bigger return from potency or Ability mod.

if your only options are dps and haste, go with over the cap dps, both are still pretty decent til like 400, than haste gets super bad, dps gets bad, but still better than haste
