Default Heal Parse on a Training Dummy

For ages and ages healers had no way of figuring out what their heals did unless in a group or raid. Well, there is now an added benefit to all the extra Stamina we got from the new gear in this expansion! Healers can use a training dummy to see their heals. How? you may ask....

    Get buck nekked!

Seriously though, if you remove all your armor and gear and then put it back on quickly, your health will drop with each piece you put on (make sure you put your armor back on before your jewelry/charms/etc). This will allow you to then hit the dummy once and trigger ACT to register. Once this occurs, heal your little bums off til you're at full health, stop combat, and check out what you did.

    Have fun getting naked.

And to test group heals, just holler at your friendly neighborhood SKs and have them Bloop Siphon!

This does seem kinda silly. Not to mention, wards and reactives are completely unaccounted for here.

Not that I used it for making a heal parse, but you can take a so-called tank mercenary and summon an epic mob from a guild hall creature summoner. The only problem with it that I've found is that you need to help the mercenary with hate. Heroic mercenaries will cower when attacked by an epic and produce no hate.

I tried this at the beginning of the expansion with my Templar and the newer Paladin merc(they have some form of Amends?). She usually lasted about 2-3 minutes before I ran out of emergency tricks to deal with spike damage and/or hate issues. If it worked at the beginning of the expansion, it should work better now.

Get a merc, find a named in the open world and have them attack then shut them off. heal and watch or hell for that matter just find a decent world mob and do the same except let the merc fight it

Use the creature conjurer and heal yourself.

Is this what the game has come to?
