Again I say, your advice is bullshit.
Well I said it was for me and I like it. In any case I can gain 235 hitpoints (your advice) or I can gain 31 power and 1 extra power regen and a faster casting diety pet vs no diety pet after a wipe because everybody has already ran back to the dang death spot.
We all know how that goes.
Wipe.
You cast pets, look around and everybody is gone.
This speeds things up a little and I am not left in the dust and making people wait on the laggy conjie.
Hugs

31 power will not save your ass from a death. And that's 1 out-of-combat power regen (not in-combat power regen), which is scaled based on your power pool anyway.

Suit yourself if you like dying. The rest of us plan on living. Your advice is still bullshit BTW.

hum. to me the only no brainer TSO shadow aa in the 1st line to get was the HP one. Bigger power pool is ok, *overrated*. If you raid force have enuff chanter and bards, you ll never run out of power unless you sprint during combat (well from what Ive raided, didnt do any avatar stuff :p).

Default Re: AA Setup

Since just added mine to offical forums ill add it here also.

Here is my AA specs .......... .......dps based with added pet survivability and conj utility.

First one is preety much standard of wis/int full with end lines with str line to 4th ability for crits

Conj line:here is where can get versatile.Ive gone with full conjurations line bonuses to plane shift also took hydromancer....if ever find a need to use it.Also swarm pet AA gives reduction to cast time of those 2 spells...tho not real usefull it is of some use.

Full evoctions line for dps baring winds of velious because lest efficent spell out of all of em.End ability of unabate is selected...there is nothing to hate more then resists and this ability deals with that.

After that started with the increased pet heal in foundations to get shared stoneskin for pet survivability.Heal pet also connects to cure elemental which is very nice to have and that leads right into enhanceing some of your best dps spells....blazeing avatar and elemental unity.

For raids you will definetly want the evocs line and pet heal to elemental unity.Conjurations can be dismissed to play around with the other stuff such as reduce recast for pet death save and veahment skin for more pet survivability.

TSO Line:well this is preety straight foward also ........... General get max health increase. Then what ever you want.I went with increased drink/food durations cause well i use the best most exspensive drink/food < fiery magma infusion/magma fish reduction>that lasts 30 mins and want to extend and get best bang for my buck. Also put a point into ample harvest.... its nice to get a second pull when harvesting sometimes .

Mage line went with enhance masters strike and strike of mage as well as end ability...these are must haves for raid dps.I went and got enhanced magi shield 40 pct more HP and defense from the buff.. its a good aa imo.

Summoner line well minion critical strike and wepon mastery are must haves and minions mark is required to get to next line. Some will dispute but dimensional storage is prob one of the best AA a raiding summoner can have and its well worth the points to obtain it.Its very versatile even outside of raiding with the many uses regardless soloing/grouping/raidings .......id say its a must have. Also i put a few points into minions constitution....more HP for pets is a good thing.

Conj line: These are preety much standards and must haves. With Blaze of ro and chilling winds adding more damage to the spells. The 2 end abilitys are nicealso and are must haves.I also threw 1 point into minions protection..because iirc the mage pet can not parry.I might be wrong bout that but i know that mages in general can not parry cause we do not have the skill to do so outside of AA.

The majority of my AA setup is almost a mirror to yours Ron, but something i did with mine in the evocations line was take a point out of all of them besides FA and WoV (which im able to have capped because i took a point out of the rest). This works for me because between the x4 set helm, wicked wand and ring of blood and rage i get 20 haste making up for the 20 haste lost from the 1 point in each aa. If you still didnt want to put points in WoV that would give you 5 extra points to play around with.

Yeah that is something i was looking to doand probably will.
Also since im at 140 pct crit on raid i can drop the str. line...or atleast take the points from self crit and thrown em else where around summoner AA.

Bigron cannot discuss such details without a visit to your house shortly after followed by your family filing a missing persons report.
